Every flight starts with trust, and you help build that trust. As a Technical Administrator, you ensure that all technical records for aircraft are accurate and up to date. From flight hours to maintenance reports: your work keeps aircraft safe in the sky.

What your day looks like

You process maintenance information provided by engineers and keep the digital aircraft records up to date. You log flight hours, update component changes, and prepare reports after maintenance visits. You also manage logbooks and archive historical records. Precision is everything, because in aviation, every detail counts.

You'll be working for a well-established name in the aviation industry. Located at Maastricht Airport, this maintenance company has over 35 years of experience in servicing regional jets and turboprop aircraft. With modern facilities and an international client base, quality and safety come first. You'll join a professional team that takes pride in what they do.

• You have stable experience in a comparable administrative role, preferably in a technical environment
• You are detail-oriented, structured, and enjoy working with procedures
• You feel comfortable in an international and technical setting
• You have good command of the English language, both spoken and written
• You have your own means of transport or live near Maastricht Airport

Experience in the aviation sector is a strong plus, but not a must — motivation and accuracy are key.

This is a hands-on, practical role suited for someone with vocational or practical education (MBO level or similar). We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys this type of work and sees themselves in this position for years to come. If you're looking for a stepping stone to quickly move into a different role, this isn't the right fit.

• €2,700 to €3,300 gross per month (incl. ADV), depending on experience
• Full-time: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday (08:00 - 17:00)
• Travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometre (max. 30 km one way)
• 25 vacation days+ 8% holiday pay
