About the role
We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Independent Chef to join the culinary team of a hotel. You will rotate across different stations, from à-la-carte service to a tapas concept and banquet/private-party cooking. This is a varied and exciting role where you’ll get plenty of creative freedom.
What are you going to do?
- Independently prepare high-quality meals for the restaurant, the tapas concept and large events/banquets.
- Rotate between the different parties and menus (e.g., à la carte, tapas, banquet cooking) to keep the work exciting and varied.
- Contribute ideas for new recipes, menu development, sustainability practices and reducing food-waste.
- Perform intermediate quality checks (e.g., doneness, flavour) and ensure your station is clean and well-maintained.
- Work according to HACCP standards and ensure safe, efficient kitchen processes.

- You are flexible: available evenings and weekends as needed.
