Earplugs in and safety shoes on! You're stepping into a loud environment where machines are constantly running - so safety gear is essential.

As a production worker/machine operator, you play a key role in the manufacturing process. You're responsible for monitoring and maintaining the assembly machines used to produce high-quality dispensers. You'll work closely with your colleagues to ensure every product meets top standards of quality and efficiency.

Your tasks include refilling bulk feed cylinders, preparing finished products for shipping, resolving (minor) malfunctions or production interruptions, and performing routine in-process quality checks.

You'll work weekdays and three Saturdays per month meaning one Saturday off every month. The shift schedule for the entire year is already available, so you can plan your personal appointments well in advance!

You'll work in two shifts: Early shift: 05:00 to 14:00 / Late shift: 14:00 to 23:00.

• Experience as a machine operator is preferred
• You speak Dutch or English fluently
• You have technical insight, problem-solving skills, and the ability to adapt quickly
• You're willing to work in shifts (05:00 - 14:00 - 23:00)
• You're a team player with strong communication skills

The Alkmaar site operates as a production facility where plastic components are assembled into dispensers - mainly foam pumps. These dispensers are primarily used in the cosmetics industry for hand, face, and body care products.
