As Lead Specialist CX you will:
Manage daily customer order activities while ensuring complete data accuracy
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers in a proactive way
Resolve issues independently using available tools, and escalate when necessary
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service levels
Share customer insights across teams to improve processes and anticipate future needs
Lead assigned projects or initiatives (e.g., Key User for new systems)
Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and complaint resolution standards
