Wat je gaat doen As an Operator, you’ll play a key role in producing sustainable raw materials for the agricultural industry. Working in a 3-shift system, you will ensure smooth production processes, uphold strict hygiene standards, and maintain consistent product quality. With your technical skills and hands-on mentality, you’ll help keep operations running efficiently while being part of a motivated and supportive team.In this role, you and your colleagues will be responsible for:

• Collecting raw materials and preparing supplies for production.
• Setting up and operating various machines, including process mixers.
• Monitoring key parameters during production.
• Operating packaging machines in a cleanroom environment.
• Performing quality checks by taking and submitting samples.
• Troubleshooting and solving technical issues with equipment.
• Completing administrative and reporting tasks.
