German-speaking Customer Service Representative in Rotterdam

Wat je gaat doen In this role, you are the first point of contact for German-speaking customers. You will switch effortlessly between phone, email, and chat, always providing a friendly and suitable solution. With your language skills and patience, you make sure every customer feels heard and supported.
Your main tasks will include:

• Handling customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
• Following up on complaints and thinking along with solutions
• Accurately registering conversations and actions in the system
• Identifying customer needs and responding proactively
• Collaborating with colleagues to continuously improve service

Functie-eisen We are mainly looking for someone who enjoys customer contact and gains energy from helping people. In addition, we ask for:

• Fluency in German (spoken and written) and good command of English (French is a plus!)
• At least 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably through multiple channels and in a high-volume environment
• MBO-level education or higher, and strong computer skills
• Solid planning and multitasking abilities
• Availability to work on-site in the city center of Rotterdam
