As a production worker in preparation, you are mainly working with ingredients for the food industry (mainly olives for tapas), adding raw materials is mainly your main task because without these raw materials there is no final product. Your duties may include: In short you make the spice mixtures for the various together.
- Accurately weighing and adding all raw materials and ingredients to the olives;
- Correctly processing administration, ensuring that there is always sufficient stock;
- Operating extruders and blenders; that large mixers.
For the early shift you will receive an allowance of 40% between 05:00 - 07:00.In the late shift you will receive an allowance of 30% between 18:00 - 22:00.Overtime = after 36 hours worked. You will receive a 30% allowance on all overtime hours.
Very occasionally you'll work on Saturdays, and this rarely happens except during certain busy days leading up to the holidays.
On Saturdays between 00:00 - 07:00 you will receive a 40% allowance (after 36 hours 170%) On Saturdays between 07:00 - 15:00 you will receive a 30% allowance (after 36 hours 160%)On Saturdays between 15:00 - 18:00 you will receive a 60% allowance (after 36 hours 190%).
Via Olympia in Meppel kun je komen werken op een voedsel productielocatie in Ruinerwold waar allerlei soorten olijven worden verwerkt. Ze worden eerst ontzout en daarna op smaak gebracht met eigen smaken of kruiden mixen.
De klanten zijn: Albert Heijn, Delhaize le Lion, Albert CZ en B-to-B partners. Zij doen heel veel productontwikkeling, zoals het bedenken van nieuwe smaken of borrelhapjes, en zijn als bedrijf continu in beweging om de markt te bedienen van gemak.
Ruinerwold ligt vlakbij Meppel en is goed te bereiken via de A28 vanaf Hoogeveen en Zwolle. Je kunt ook aanrijden via Wolvega en Steenwijk.
Er is gratis parkeergelegenheid. Deze locatie is niet goed te bereiken met openbaar vervoer.
For this position, it is particularly important that you are able to work accurately and communicate well with your colleagues. In addition:
You have experience working in a production environment, preferably in the food industry;
You are looking for work for 32 to 40 hours per week and do not mind working on Saturdays occasionally;
You enjoy working in two shifts;
You enjoy working in a slightly colder working environment of 10 to 12 degrees;
You are familiar with hygiene rules;
You speak good English, as the working language at this location in Ruinerwold is English.
A full-time job for 32 to 40 hours per week in two shifts with the following terms of employment:
You are available full-time for 40 hours, but it is possible that your hours may be reduced and you may work less.
A good salary of €14.40 gross per hour and, after approximately three months of satisfactory performance, €15.52 gross per hour; + shift allowance.
Travel allowance of €0.23 per km from 10 km; maximum distance reimbursed is 30 kilometers, one way;
25 vacation/leave days, 8.33% vacation pay;
