- You answer customer questions via phone, email, and chat
- You record all interactions carefully in the system
- You suggest suitable solutions for complaints
- You quickly understand what customers need and respond accordingly
- You follow internal guidelines to provide excellent service
- An hourly wage of €16.96 (almost €3,000 per month based on full-time)
- Temporary contract with the possibility of a permanent one
- Full-time position of 40 hours per week, part-time is negotiable
