As Assistant Team Leader Packaging, you’re responsible for guiding a team that ensures all snacks are perfectly packed and ready to be shipped worldwide.

You’ll work closely with your team on the production floor. Together, you make sure everything runs smoothly. You jump in when needed, solve small issues, and encourage your colleagues to bring out their best. You keep a close eye on quality, safety, and hygiene, and you report any deviations to the shift supervisor. You also think ahead, contributing to improvements and making the process more efficient. During your first six weeks, an experienced mentor will guide you so you can settle into your role with confidence.

You work in two shifts: one week from 05:00 to 14:00, and the next week from 14:00 to 23:00. You’ll earn more for hours worked before 06:00 and after 18:00, thanks to generous shift bonuses, giving your paycheck a real boost! 

What will you earn?

• Base hourly wage: €16.99 
• ADV bonus: €1.05 per hour
• Hourly wage including shift bonus (before 06:00 and after 18:00): Up to €23.12 per hour
• Average starting salary (40 hours/week): €3,415.19 per month

And there's more: if you bring experience and continue to grow in your role, your salary can rise to €3,862.04 per month!
