What will you be doing? As an operator in our stroopwafel bakery, you’ll be responsible for various tasks throughout the production process. Your daily activities will include:
- Preparing ingredients for dough and syrup mixtures.
- Setting up and operating the baking ovens for stroopwafels.
- Monitoring the production process and intervening when irregularities occur.
- Handling first-line technical issues and resolving them on the spot.
- Identifying faults, deviations, or machine malfunctions and reporting them to the production supervisor.

Do you fit the profile?
- You have an MBO+ (secondary vocational education) level of thinking and working.
- You bring 1–2 years of experience as an operator.
- You speak Dutch or English well.
- You have strong communication skills.
- You have a technical mindset.
- You are flexible and take initiative.
