Marketing & Employer Branding Intern - Marriott International Benelux + Sheraton Amsterdam Airport
Join Marriott Benelux & Sheraton Amsterdam as our Marketing & Employer Branding Intern.
From content shoots to campaign rollout. This is a hands-on, fast-paced, and full of real impact internship. You'll tell our stories, grow our online audience and connect with people across different hotels.
This internship consists of two parts:
1. Employer Branding & Communications for the Marriott International Hotels in the Benelux, meaning:
Together with the marketing manager and the different hotel teams, you position Marriott International in The Netherlands as a bold attractive employer for everyone in the hotel industry.
You make all the employees excited about the current activities in the hotels.
You manage and organize content tours & photoshoots in the different regions (Netherlands & BeLux),
You report on a quarterly basis on campaign results to the different hotels,
You are the link between the Marriott Talent Acquisition team and the hotels in the Benelux.
2. Content Marketing & Social Media for Sheraton Amsterdam Airport Hotel, meaning:
You are the voice of our followers and will communicate on a daily base with our online guests.
You find, capture and share the stories from our hotel and 3 restaurant outlets with our online community: content creation.
You assist the marketing manager in activating the Sheraton Brand in the market and create buzz around the hotel and its restaurants.
You assist the operational departments with the creation of collateral for their daily activities.
You execute all your tasks while keeping in mind the Sheraton Brand and Marriott International guidelines (tone of voice, photography standards, etc.).
This is you:
As Marketing Intern you will be involved with a lot of stakeholders, so we ask you to study at a hotel school / college / university as a Bachelor or Master student.
You preferably have experience in making compelling content for different marketing and social platforms. Having an own blog or professional social channel is a big plus.
You are fluent in the English language, Dutch is preferred.
You are tech-savvy and pick up new systems fast.
Experience with Canva, Adobe Photoshop or Adobe InDesign is a plus.
You are proactive, can work independently and are creative with a high attention to detail.
We like to brainstorm; dare to give a well-founded opinion.
You have a customer service orientation: your smile is important to us and to our guests J.
You are available for a full-time internship, for at least 5 months.
