Production Operator at Lupack

Wat je gaat doen Looking for a steady, well-paid job in production? At Lupack in Raalte, you’ll work with a friendly, down-to-earth team producing quality meat products. You’ll earn €17.37 per hour (incl. Shift allowance), work in 2 shifts, and have plenty of room to grow in a modern and supportive environment.

📌 Important: You must speak and understand Dutch at B1 level or higher. We can only proceed with applications that meet this requirement.

What you’ll do

As a Production Operator, you help make sure everything runs smoothly on the packaging line. You’ll work with care and precision to prepare products for shipment.Your tasks:

• 📦 Packing and labeling meat products
• 🔍 Inspecting packaging and product quality
• 🚚 Preparing orders for shipment
• 🕑 Working in shifts: 06:00–14:00 and 14:00–22:00
• 📈 Developing new skills in production and logistics
