Team Leader Logistics

Functieomschrijving:
As a Team Leader Logistics, you are the point of contact for a team of 10 to 15 operators. You coordinate daily operations, prevent delays, and focus on both performance and team morale. You’ll be working in a 3-shift system with rotating hours: morning shift from 07:00 to 15:30, afternoon shift from 15:00 to 23:30, and night shift from 23:00 to 07:30.Your responsibilities include:

• Daily leadership of 10 to 15 operators
• Coordinating logistics processes
• Identifying and resolving bottlenecks in operations
• Coaching and motivating your team
• Maintaining a visible presence on the work floor

Functievereisten:
For this role, we’re looking for someone with experience in leading logistics teams. You’re a strong communicator, solution-oriented, and confident in a dynamic environment.You bring:

• Mbo level 4 education, preferably in logistics or a related field
• Demonstrable leadership experience
• Strong communication skills in English or Dutch
