Functieomschrijving:
Each day as a Logistics Supervisor brings new challenges. You’ll be the key contact for your team and act as the bridge between operations and management. Working closely with team leaders on the floor, you will identify bottlenecks, implement improvements, and ensure smooth daily operations. You have a hands-on mentality and are visible on the shop floor, supporting your team to develop and succeed.Your working hours are organized in a three-shift system:

• Morning shift: 07:00 – 15:30
• Afternoon shift: 15:00 – 23:30
• Night shift: 23:00 – 07:30

Your main responsibilities include:

• Leading and coaching team leaders
• Indirectly managing over 200 employees
• Continuously improving operational processes
• Conducting performance and development reviews
• Coordinating between your location, clients, and other departments
• Monitoring targets and KPI's
• Driving growth and engagement within your team

Functievereisten:
You are a natural leader with a sharp eye for both people and processes. Analytical and proactive, you motivate and guide your team toward success. Here’s what you bring to the table:

• Bachelor level education, preferably in logistics, business administration, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of leadership experience, ideally in logistics or operations
• Experience with HR matters or team development is a plus
• Fluent in English with strong communication skills
• Willingness to learn Dutch if you are not already proficient
• A hands-on approach and a mindset focused on continuous improvement
• Ability to connect and communicate effectively with people
• Open to working in a three-shift schedule
