As a Dutch-speaking customer service agent based in Zevenaar, you will be the friendly point of contact for customers in the Netherlands and Germany. You'll handle incoming questions via phone and email, provide clear guidance on the order process, assist with returns and exchanges, and share detailed product information. Your goal is to ensure every customer enjoys a smooth, positive experience. Working hybrid between the Zevenaar office and from home, you'll also collaborate with the technical service team to suggest improvements and help maintain high-quality customer communication.
