- Welcoming customers at the reception and verifying their scheduled appointments.
- Collecting biometric data from Ukrainian customers in line with established procedures.
- Accurately processing and maintaining customer data in internal systems.
- Providing guidance and support to customers during their visit, acting as their main point of contact.
- Occasionally working evenings or Saturdays to accommodate customer needs.September 1st or October 1st, 2025Please note that hybrid working is not possible in this role. You are expected to work on-site in Utrecht every day. Occasionally, you may be required to work an evening or a Saturday.

- Competitive hourly salary between €18.38 and €22.85 based on experience.
- Immediate pension contributions from your first working day.
