Manpower is looking for an HR Backoffice Specialist for a company based in Zaltbommel.
The HR department is seeking an HR Backoffice Specialist to act as the primary point of contact for all HR-related inquiries. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting administrative and payroll tasks, ensuring the efficient and accurate execution of HR processes. Like:
- Supporting payroll and general HR administration
- Accurately maintaining employee data in HR-related databases
- Acting as the first point of contact for employees and managers regarding HR-related questions
- Handling administrative tasks related to employee onboarding and offboarding
- Assisting in the recruitment process, such as scheduling interviews and preparing employment contracts
- Creating and coordinating onboarding plans for new colleagues
- Participating in a variety of HR projects
- Helping to organize engaging and fun employee events
