Your role:

As a Dutch and German-speaking customer & finance support specialist (m/f/d), you'll be the first point of contact for customers with questions about billing, payments, refunds, or account details.

You'll respond via phone and email, handle sensitive data responsibly, and collaborate with teams like IT, sales, and technical support to resolve cases and improve processes. This role offers a competitive hourly salary of €18,99.

What we offer:

• €3,298.61 monthly salary (full-time, excl. Holiday pay)

• Fluent in Dutch and German (B2 minimum), strong English skills
• Experience in customer service, ideally with finance/invoicing exposure
