As the first point of contact, you'll be working in Amsterdam or from home, calling users to confirm and verify requests. You'll ask relevant questions, ensure all information is complete and accurate, and help match users with the right professionals to get their projects moving. Handling feedback or complaints via phone or email will also be part of your role, guaranteeing great customer service and quality assurance.
