As a customer services officer, you will contribute to delivering a smooth and efficient order management process in an international and fast-paced environment. You’ll be the first point of contact for customers, managing inquiries about orders, deliveries, and product availability. With your proactive mindset and fluency in English and French, you’ll collaborate with internal teams like sales, logistics, and planning to ensure customer satisfaction and continuous process improvement.
What You Will Do:
- Process: accurately handle customer orders in SAP and follow up on deliveries to ensure timely execution.
- Communicate: proactively update customers about changes, delays, or updates related to their orders.
- Resolve: manage returns and complaints efficiently, ensuring customer concerns are addressed promptly and effectively.
- Collaborate: coordinate with internal teams such as sales, logistics, and planning to align on customer needs and expectations.
- Improve: identify and contribute to process enhancements within the order-to-cash chain to optimize efficiency and customer satisfaction.

- MBO/HBO education or equivalent experience in customer service.
- Proven experience in customer care/order management, preferably international.
- Fluent in English and French, near-native proficiency required.
- Strong multitasking, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with SAP, Salesforce, and MS Office is a plus.
- Resides within commuting distance of Amersfoort office.
