Wat je gaat doen For Nissan in Amsterdam, we are looking for a Management Assistant to support the Supply and Distribution team. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring clear structure, effective planning, and smooth day-to-day operations. You will work closely with the Supply & Distribution (S&D) management team and report directly to the S&D leadership.As a Management Assistant, you will contribute to an organized and efficient working environment by coordinating schedules, supporting management activities, and facilitating communication within the team.

Your workday will include, among others, the following responsibilities:

• Supporting management with planning, coordination, and execution of daily activities.
• Managing and maintaining agendas for Supply & Distribution meetings.
• Preparing reports and ensuring proper follow-up on action points and decisions.
• Organizing team meetings and team-building activities to strengthen collaboration and communication.
• Taking minutes during team meetings and distributing clear and accurate summaries afterward.

• A completed HBO (Bachelor’s) degree in Communication or Logistics (or a comparable field).
• Preferably experience in a similar role.
• Experience with process optimization and strategic planning.
• Proficiency in Excel, Access, Outlook, and Word.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Availability for 32 to 40 hours per week.
