We're seeking an Associate Supply Chain Import/Export for our pharmaceutical client in Breda. Responsibilities include processing of supply orders, coordinate and execute return process and develop and maintain good relationships with internal/ external customers (affiliate, distributor, etc). The ideal candidate should possess either a Master's degree or a Bachelor's degree, along with a minimum of 2 years of experience in Supply Chain within a GMP and/or GDP regulated industry. They should demonstrate the ability to multitask effectively and collaborate within a diverse, international team. Proficiency in computer work, advanced communication skills, customer focus, and fluency in English (both oral and written) are essential. Additionally, the candidate must prioritize quality assurance in their work.
what will you doIn this role you will ahve various responsibilities such as: ensuring the global distribution of pharmaceutical products, processing supply orders, managing export and import documentation, booking and monitoring shipments while proactively addressing potential issues
- Handle and resolve service and transport issues;
- Coordinate and execute return process;
- Partners with third party logistics suppliers and other members of the supply chain;
- Develop and maintain good relationships with internal/ external customers (affiliate, distributor, etc) and the on-site departments;
- Represent the team in cross functional project teamsIdentify process improvements;
- Ensure knowledge of GMP/GDP and job related training is up to date;
- Continually reviews Order-to-Cash policies and procedures and recommends opportunities to improve operations.
