Production employee 3 shifts

Wat je gaat doen As a Production Employee in the Liquid Ingredient Plant (LIP), you will work with liquid raw materials and finished products. You will check quantities, fill containers and ensure that barrels are transported to the correct departments.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Checking liquid raw materials and verifying the correct quantities;
• Tapping and filling liquid ingredients into barrels;
• Preparing finished products for internal transport;
• Moving barrels to the correct departments using a reach truck;
• Following work instructions and safety procedures;
• Keeping your workplace clean, safe and organized.
• This is a hands-on position where you will be actively involved in the daily production process. No reach truck experience yet? Training may be provided to help you develop this skill.

You will work full-time in a 3 shift rotation:

• Morning shift: 07:00 – 15:00;
• Afternoon shift: 15:00 – 23:00;
• Night shift: 23:00 – 07:00.

Wat we je bieden

• Gross hourly wage of €17.73, excluding shift allowance;
• 20.5% shift allowance on all hours worked;
• 25 vacation days and 8% holiday allowance;
• 13th-month bonus of 8.33%;
• Travel allowance of €0.21 per kilometre;

• At least 1 year of experience in a production environment;
• Reach truck experience is an advantage, but training may be provided;
• Fulltime availability and willingness to work in a 3-shift rotation;
• Good command of Dutch or English (minimum B1 level);
• Physically fit and comfortable handling products weighing up to 25 kg;
• Comfortable working with liquid ingredients that may have strong odors;
• A careful and responsible approach to work, with a strong focus on safety.
