As a Quality Specialist, your main focus is on ensuring high and consistent quality standards within logistics and distribution processes. We are specifically looking for someone with a strong background in Quality Management - NOT production quality - but someone who has hands-on experience with Continuous Improvement, Process Improvement, and Internal Auditing.
Important: This is an on-site position in Waalwijk. You must already live in the immediate Waalwijk region to be considered. Relocation from abroad or from distant areas is unfortunately not possible for this vacancy. We are looking for candidates who are already settled locally and can easily commute to our location.
Your daily activities include analyzing incidents, identifying root causes, and implementing effective improvements together with the quality team. You are confident using tools like 5 Whys and Fishbone analysis, always challenging answers and asking in-depth questions. Documenting findings and following up professionally throughout the improvement process is second nature to you.
You work closely with colleagues in the warehouse, support internal and external audits, and contribute to maintaining and developing the ISO 9001 quality management system. You also advise and support the Quality Team and help design, document, and improve procedures - all focused on the logistics and distribution sector, not production! Direct contact with the client team is part of your role.

Dit vragen we
- You have studied in Quality Management or similar
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar (supervisory) quality role within logistics & distribution
- Proven experience of at least 2 years with Continuous Improvement, Process Improvement, and Internal Auditing (highlight these in your resume)
