You are the very first smile our guests see and the calm voice they rely on. From check-in to check-out, you make sure everything runs flawlessly for our guests in Hoofddorp. You work with the reservation system Opera Cloud, handle guest queries, and solve any unexpected challenges creatively and independently. No two days are the same in this fast-paced environment, but you always stay composed and service-minded, whether it is early in the morning or late at night.
You have a strong affinity with hospitality and love to work independently. Digital tools and property management systems do not make you nervous, and you pick up new tasks quickly. You speak and write fluent English, allowing you to assist all international guests perfectly. In addition, you are flexible to work in shifts between 07.00 and 15.00 hours or from 15.00 to 23.00 hours, on either a part-time or full-time basis.
