As a Production Team Leader, you will start working at a family-owned company in Tilburg. You will work in 3 shifts and lead a team of around 10 colleagues. You will ensure that daily operations run smoothly and that everyone knows what needs to be done. In return, you will receive a good salary, 25 days of holiday leave and 8% holiday allowance.

As a Production Team Leader, you ensure that everything runs smoothly on the production floor. You lead a team of 7 to 16 employees, depending on the shift you work. Don't have experience managing a larger team yet? No problem! You can start with a smaller team and grow from there. You keep an overview, know what is happening within your team and ensure that agreements are followed. You have regular contact with employees and management. You share information, discuss what is going on and ensure that action points are followed up. You know how to deal with different people, listen to your team and address colleagues when necessary.

You will be working for a family-owned company with a personal atmosphere and short communication lines. At the modern production facility in Tilburg, quality is central and everyone works together to ensure that the production process runs smoothly.

• You have experience managing employees, preferably in a production environment;
• You speak and understand English well; Dutch is a strong advantage;
• You have strong communication skills and can work well with different people;
• You maintain an overview and ensure that agreements and action points are followed up;
• You are willing to work in three shifts;
• Experience in the food industry is an advantage.
