As an Operator in Ommel, you'll work in a 2-shift system and ensure the production line runs at its best. With your technical know-how, you set up the machines, monitor progress, and solve minor malfunctions independently. Your day starts by preparing the machines and getting the necessary materials ready. Throughout your shift, you keep an eye on the production process, spot any issues quickly, and jump in to fix them. You also keep the production area clean and follow clear guidelines and procedures. Supporting your colleagues on the work floor is also part of your daily routine to achieve the best results together.
