Operator 3 shifts Waalwijk (English)

Do you want to work as an operator in 3 shifts in Waalwijk and earn between €3.100,- and €3.600,- gross per month including shift allowance? In this role, you work with modern food production equipment and make sure the line keeps running safely and according to plan. You monitor the process, check product quality and adjust machine settings when needed. You also prepare product changes and solve small technical issues yourself. You will join a close team where people work hard, help each other and where there is room to develop your technical skills further.

Functieomschrijving:
As an operator, you are responsible for keeping the production line stable throughout your shift. You work with automated food processing equipment, monitor the process closely and take action when something starts to deviate. In general, your tasks are:

• Starting up and setting production machines.
• Monitoring the process and adjusting settings when needed.
• Preparing product changes and carrying out machine changeovers.
• Checking product quality during production.
• Solving small technical issues on the line.
• Recording production results and quality checks in the system.
• Making sure materials are available on time for production.
• Working according to hygiene, food safety and safety procedures.
• Keeping the work area clean and organised.
• Handing over important information to the next shift.

Functievereisten:
You already have some experience in production and understand how important it is to keep machines and processes running properly. A technical mindset and a reliable working style are the most important things for this role.

• Experience as an operator or in a similar production role.
• Technical insight and understanding of machines and production processes.
• Willingness to work in a 3-shift schedule.
• Accurate working style with attention to quality and safety.
• Able to recognise deviations and take action when needed.
• Comfortable working in a structured food production environment.
• Team-minded attitude and willingness to support colleagues.

Arbeidsvoorwaarden:
