As a logistics employee at Jumbo DC, you will play an active role in ensuring the smooth operation of the returns department. Working in a modern and automated warehouse environment, you will handle returned bottles, cans, and crates with efficiency while maintaining a clean and organized workspace. Your daily tasks as logistics employee:

• Checking and sorting empty bottles, cans, and crates
• Scanning return flows and registering goods in the system
• Processing bags containing empty bottles and cans
• Keeping the workplace clean, safe, and organized
• Supporting other warehouse departments when required
• Assisting with order picking in the grocery department when necessary

You will work in a two-shift system:

• 06:00 AM - 03:00 PM
• 03:00 PM - 12:00 AM

This is a full-time position, and you will work one Saturday every two weeks. In return, you will receive a day off during the week. Wat bieden we jou

• Gross hourly wage of €14.99 (for employees aged 21 and older).
• Full-time role (32–36 hours per week) in a modern logistics environment.
• Flexible scheduling, with consideration for your preferences whenever possible.
• Evening and Saturday shift allowances, plus a 10% discount on groceries (up to the applicable maximum).
• 25 vacation days, 8% holiday allowance, and an excellent pension scheme with immediate accrual.

Over het bedrijf

You will be working at the Jumbo Distribution Center in Beilen, which supplies Jumbo supermarkets throughout the northern part of the Netherlands. The returns department plays an important role in processing all returned bottles, cans, and crates. Thanks to advanced automation and a strong team environment, you will become part of an efficient and well-organized logistics operation where teamwork and reliability are highly valued.
