Logistics Employee

As a Logistics Employee, you will support the daily sorting process in the warehouse. Your tasks will vary throughout the day and require an active and accurate approach. Your responsibilities will include:

• Loading and unloading parcels in accordance with safety instructions.
• Scanning and sorting parcels, including mini parcels and NOCOs.
• Checking parcels for irregularities and dangerous goods in accordance with ADR regulations.
• Keeping the workplace clean, safe and organised.
• Assisting with various warehouse and logistics tasks when needed.

You will work as part of a team to ensure that the logistics process runs smoothly and efficiently.

• A gross hourly wage of €14.99, excluding shift allowances.
• Additional evening and night shift allowances:
  • 8:00 PM to midnight: 8.75% allowance, resulting in approximately €16.30 gross per hour.
  • Midnight to 5:00 AM: 11.75% allowance, resulting in approximately €16.75 gross per hour.
• Working hours ranging from 16 to 40 hours per week.
• Different shifts to choose from:
  • Day shift: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
  • Night shift: 8:00 PM to 4:30 AM.
• A temporary employment contract with the possibility of a permanent position.
• Travel cost reimbursement and parking facilities.
• Opportunities to develop new skills, including obtaining an Electric Pallet Truck (EPT) certificate.
• A friendly and informal working environment where teamwork is encouraged.

• You enjoy practical, hands-on work and like being physically active. In addition:
• You speak Dutch and/or English.
• You are flexible and willing to work different shifts.
• You work accurately and follow safety procedures.
• You are a team player and can remain calm in a busy environment.
• You are comfortable with physically demanding work and can lift parcels weighing up to 20 kg.
• You are willing to obtain an EPT certificate.

Previous experience in logistics is an advantage, but a positive attitude and willingness to work are just as important.
