Production worker

Do you want to work as a production worker near Tilburg and earn up to €3.500,- gross per month including shift allowance? In this 3-shift role, you work at different stations in a clean food production environment and help keep the process running smoothly. You prepare materials, check products, support product changes and make sure the work area stays clean and organised. You already have some production experience, but you do not need to be highly technical. If you work carefully, follow instructions well and like practical work, this role gives you the chance to become more versatile on the production floor.

Functieomschrijving:
As a production worker, you support several parts of the production process and help keep each workstation running in a clean and organised way. You work with food products, follow fixed instructions and switch between different practical tasks during your shift. In general, your tasks are:

• Preparing ingredients, packaging materials and workstations.
• Supporting product and recipe changes on the line.
• Checking products and reporting quality deviations.
• Packing, sorting and preparing finished products for the next production step.
• Cleaning machines, tools and work areas according to hygiene procedures.
• Assisting with simple adjustments on the production line.
• Following recipes, work instructions and food safety rules.
• Supporting colleagues at other workstations when needed.
• Keeping materials and products in the correct place during production.
• Making sure your workstation stays safe, clean and organised.

Functievereisten:
You already have some experience in production and know how important it is to work carefully in a structured environment. You do not need to be highly technical, but you should be reliable and comfortable with practical work.

• Experience in a production environment.
• Willingness to work in a 3-shift schedule.
• Good command of English or Dutch.
• Accurate working style and attention to hygiene.
• Able to follow work instructions and fixed procedures.
• Team-minded attitude and willingness to help colleagues.
• Own transport, because the location is difficult to reach by public transport.
• Experience in food production is a plus.
