As an operator in a 5-shift schedule at International Flavors & Fragrances in Tilburg, you will contribute to the production of high-quality fragrance components used in globally recognized products like detergents, cosmetics, and perfumes. Your role involves precision, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to maintaining safety and efficiency in a dynamic production environment. With your experience and dedication, you’ll ensure that every batch meets the highest standards of quality and consistency.
What You Will Do:
- Weighing: accurately measure ingredients using a mobile weighing station, following recipes that may include up to 30 components per batch.
- Blending: mix ingredients precisely to prepare fragrance materials for the next production steps.
- Monitoring: oversee machines and installations, intervening when necessary to ensure smooth and safe operations.
- Quality control: inspect products against strict standards and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
- Shift work: adapt to a 5-shift schedule, including early, late, and night shifts, ensuring seamless production continuity.
- An hourly wage of €21.11, supplemented by a 30% shift allowance paid over all hours worked, bringing total earnings to €3,900+ gross per month.
