As a Filling Operator, you operate and adjust machines that fill and package sauces, dressings and marinades. You monitor product quality, solve minor technical problems and keep production running smoothly.

• You are a flexible team player, take responsibility for your work, and can communicate in Dutch
• You have experience in food production and technical knowledge of operating and adjusting production machines
• You work accurately, pay attention to quality and hygiene, and stay calm in a busy production environment

• You will change production lines between orders, maintain hygiene standards and work closely with colleagues to meet production targets
• You will monitor product quality, check machine settings and solve minor technical issues to keep production running smoothly
• You will set up, operate and adjust filling machines to package sauces, dressings and marinades in different types of containers

You will join a friendly, family-owned food production company in Deurne, working in a small team of 2-3 operators. Your workplace includes different production areas with filling lines for bottles, jars, buckets and pouches. The atmosphere is informal, colleagues support each other, and teamwork is important. • A monthly salary of €2.950 to €3.500 including a 14% shift allowance plus additional overtime and weekend bonuses
• 40 days off per year, including 25 vacation days and 15 ADV days plus travel allowance and a pension scheme
