• You are physically fit, hands-on, and comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment
• You have experience working in food production and understand the importance of quality and hygiene
• You speak English, work well in a team, and are willing to work in a rotating 2-shift schedule

• You will check products and packaging to ensure they meet quality and food safety standards
• You will keep the production lines clean and organized while working with your colleagues to ensure a smooth production process
• You will pack and prepare sauces, marinades, and dressings, making sure everything is ready for distribution

You will join a friendly, family-owned food production company in Deurne, working alongside colleagues from different nationalities. • A starting salary of €2,964 gross per month including a 14% shift allowance plus additional overtime and weekend bonuses
• 40 days off per year, including 25 vacation days and 15 additional ADV days, plus travel allowance and a pension scheme
