Your responsibilities include:
- Preparation and welding: You select, process and weld components and semi-finished products, mainly made of stainless steel. You work according to the prescribed welding techniques, technical drawings and quality standards;
- Set-up and inspection: You set up and calibrate welding equipment according to the applicable procedures. You inspect components for presence, dimensions and quality and correct any deviations or welding defects;
- Production and planning: You work according to established delivery times and standard times and ensure that complex welded structures are completed correctly and on time;
- Maintenance and internal transport: You perform basic maintenance on tools and equipment. You discuss more significant technical issues with the Team Leader. When required, you also safely operate certified industrial equipment, such as cranes;
- Collaboration and knowledge sharing: You work closely with colleagues and actively share relevant knowledge and best practices. You escalate issues related to capacity, delivery times or technical matters to the Team Leader or Supervisor;
- Improvement and safety: You contribute ideas for improvements to the production process, update process descriptions where necessary and always work in accordance with applicable safety, quality and environmental regulations.
In return, you can expect:
- A gross monthly salary between €4.500 and €5.000, based on 40 hours per week, including ADV allowance and shift allowance;
- 27 vacation days and 8% holiday allowance;
- €0.23 net per kilometre travel allowance;

For this position, we are looking for a skilled TIG Welder who works accurately, has strong technical insight and takes responsibility for the quality of their own work.
- You have completed a secondary-level technical education or have a comparable technical background;
- You have TIG Level 3 certification or an equivalent qualification;
- You have experience with TIG welding and welding techniques;
- You can read and interpret technical drawings;
- You work accurately and have a strong eye for quality and dimensional accuracy;
- You work well as part of a team and in a multicultural working environment;
- You are solution-oriented and able to analyse technical problems independently;
- You have a very good command of the English language (Dutch is a big plus);
- You are reliable, punctual and focused on achieving agreed results.
