Are you an experienced Production Operator looking for a stable job with good pay and plenty of responsibility?

In this role, you will work in a modern industrial bakery where production runs 7 days a week.

You will operate and adjust production machinery, prepare dough, check ingredients and monitor the entire process. You quickly notice deviations, solve minor issues and make sure quality, hygiene and food safety standards are met. You will work in a 3-shift schedule, including nights and weekends. We are looking for someone with production experience, technical insight and a responsible working attitude.

• Technical mindset, accurate working style and a strong focus on quality, hygiene and safety

• Xperience as a production operator or at least 2 years of experience in a production environment

• Identify deviations or technical issues quickly and keep the production line running safely and efficiently
• Operate and adjust production machinery throughout the baking process
• Prepare dough, check ingredients and monitor product quality during production

• €23.68 – €28.82 gross per hour, including the average 30% shift allowance
