De Plesman is a boutique hotel in The Hague, proudly awarded a Michelin Key and located in the former KLM headquarters, honouring aviation pioneer Albert Plesman. The building's history is reflected in every detail, from its architecture to its hospitality. Guests can enjoy an amazing dinner at Restaurant Suus, named after Plesman's wife, or enjoy a drink and relax at Albert Bar, named after Albert Plesman himself. What will you be doing?
Providing our guests with exceptional breakfast, lunch, brunch and dinner experiences.
In this role, you will take orders, provide information about the menu and dishes, deliver excellent service and handle the settling of bills.
You will carry out preparation of service, such as mise en place and assist the Food & Beverage team of the hotel with set up and service of events and meetings.
Small print:
You speak Dutch fluently this is a must and English is a plus.
You have 0 - 1 years of experience in a similar role. Background in a 4/5 star hotel is a great addition and a plus.
Flexibility to work morning and evening shifts, including weekends and holidays
You preferably live in the vicinity of The Hague
