Logistics Employee

As a logistics medewerker, you will contribute to the smooth and efficient operation of our modern warehouse in Rotterdam-Albrandswaard. You’ll play an integral role in ensuring that goods are accurately processed, stored, and dispatched, while maintaining a safe and organized workspace. With your experience in order picking, WMS systems, and operating internal transport equipment like forklifts and reach trucks, you’ll help keep the logistics process running seamlessly. What You Will Do:

• Process and store incoming goods: ensure all items are accurately placed in the correct locations within the warehouse.
• Pick orders: collect customer orders using scanners and WMS systems to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Transport pallets and goods: safely operate forklifts and reach trucks to move items within the warehouse.
• Maintain inventory records: identify discrepancies and ensure accurate administration of stock levels.
• Support during peak periods: collaborate with colleagues to manage increased workloads while maintaining a clean and safe workspace.

• Gross monthly salary starting at €2,911 (full-time).
• Temporary contract with the prospect of a permanent position.
• Full-time workweek of 40 hours (07:30–16:00).
• Travel allowance of €0.25 per km and free parking.

• MBO 2 diploma in logistics or equivalent.
• Valid forklift and reach truck certification (or willingness to renew).
• Experience with order picking and WMS systems.
• Proficiency in Dutch and/or English.
• Flexibility to occasionally work extra hours.
