Production Worker Flex Pool | Up to €21.53 per Hour | Oosterhout

Wat je gaat doen As a Production Worker in the Flex Pool, you'll support the production of industrial packaging used worldwide. Together with your colleagues, you'll help ensure products are finished correctly and meet quality standards.

Your tasks include:

• Tightening lids and caps on plastic containers
• Removing excess plastic and finishing products
• Performing quality checks
• Stacking and moving finished products
• Supporting production activities where needed
• Keeping the workplace clean and safe
• Following safety and quality procedures

This is a physically active role where you'll spend most of your shift moving and working with your hands.

Working Hours:
You'll work in a flexible 5-shift system:

• Availability is discussed in advance
• Planning is based on production demand
• Work between 24 and 40 hours per week
• Morning, afternoon, and night shifts may apply
