As a Mixing Operator, you play an important role in the production process. You work with modern mixing machines, prepare production orders and accurately measure ingredients. You make sure products are produced according to the correct instructions and quality standards. With your attention to detail and focus on safety, you help keep the production process running smoothly.

Your responsibilities include:

• Monitoring the production process and accurately recording the required information
• Checking finished products to ensure they meet the required quality standards
• Carefully mixing ingredients according to recipes, instructions and production guidelines
• Keeping your work area clean, organized and safe
• Taking part in team meetings and contributing ideas to improve the production process

You work Monday to Friday in a 3-shift system:

• Morning shift: 06:00 to 14:00
• Afternoon shift: 14:00 to 22:00
• Night shift: 22:00 to 06:00

Each shift is 7.5 hours, including a 30-minute paid break.

Jouw nieuwe werkgever is actief in het mixen, verpakken en verzenden van verschillende soorten reinigings- en verzorgingsproducten, zoals zeep, wasmiddel en desinfectiemiddelen. Het bedrijf heeft drie locaties in Nederland, waarvan jij werkt op de locatie in Etten-Leur. Binnen de organisatie staat de ontwikkeling van medewerkers centraal.
