English Speaking Assembly Worker

Wat je gaat doen

As an Assembly Worker, you will be part of the assembly department and work together with around 15 colleagues to build high-quality trailers. You will work at different stations and use technical manuals and instructions to assemble and prepare various components.

Your responsibilities include:

• Preparing and assembling: preparing axles and assembling mechanical parts as part of the trailer construction;
• Electrical and technical work: preparing electrical cables and installing pipework and other technical components;
• Floor preparation: preparing components for the installation of wooden floors;
• Quality control: checking and testing the quality of your work and the assembled components;
• Working together: moving between different workstations and working closely with your colleagues to complete the trailers.

No two days are exactly the same. You will work on different parts of the trailer and gradually learn more about the complete assembly process.

• A gross monthly salary between €3.100 and €3.300 based on a 40-hour working week;

Functie-eisen We are looking for a motivated and hands-on candidate with a technical mindset. Experience is appreciated, but your eagerness to learn and develop your skills is just as important.

You recognize yourself in the following:

• You have a technical background, for example as a car mechanic, or experience with assembly and using different tools;
• You can read technical drawings or work instructions;
• You have a good command of the English language. Dutch is a plus;
• You have your own accommodation;
• You are looking for a permanent position in a day shift;
• You are a team player and motivated to learn new things.

The company designs and builds trailers for various international customers and works with a strong focus on quality and technical craftsmanship. You will be part of a professional production environment where different teams work together to build trailers. The assembly department consists of a close-knit team of around 15 colleagues, giving you the opportunity to work closely with others and learn from experienced team members.

The work location is in the Nijmegen region and is easily accessible by your own transport from cities such as Nijmegen, Arnhem, Oss and Tiel, as well as from across the German border, including Kleve and Goch.
