Wat je gaat doen As an English speaking production in 3 shifts, you play an important role in keeping our production process running smoothly. You will work with modern machinery to produce high-quality EPS products, including packaging and insulation materials.

This is a varied position where you will operate machines, monitor product quality, and continuously expand your technical knowledge. With guidance from experienced colleagues, you will have every opportunity to develop your skills and grow within the organization.

What you will do:

• Produce and inspect EPS products according to quality standards.
• Operate, set up, and adjust machines and production lines.
• Reconfigure machines for different production orders.
• Monitor process parameters and make adjustments when required.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.

You have:

• Experience in a production environment or as an operator (preferred).

• A strong focus on quality, safety, and accuracy.
• A reliable and proactive work attitude.
