Wat je gaat doen As a Production Employee, you will be involved in various parts of the production process. Together with your colleagues, you will make sure that the work is completed according to schedule and meets the required quality standards.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Operating and monitoring machines and production equipment;
• Carrying out assembly, installation, and production tasks;
• Checking the quality of products;
• Identifying deviations and problems in the production process;
• Working together with colleagues to meet the daily production schedule;
• Maintaining a safe, clean, and organised workplace;
• Thinking along with the team about practical improvements to the production process.

You will receive clear instructions and guidance when you start. As you gain more experience, you will gradually be able to carry out more tasks independently. • A gross monthly salary of €2,800 to €3,200 based on full-time employment;
• A salary that can increase to €3,500 gross per month if you have experience reading technical drawings;
• Day shifts from 06:30 to 15:30;
