Wat je gaat doen In this position, you play an important role in the daily return process at GLS. When drivers return from their routes, you make sure everything is handled correctly.You combine logistics with administration and communication. You check documents, register returns and discrepancies and respond when something does not go according to plan. You also support the Team Leader with daily activities.

Your responsibilities include:

• Welcoming and assisting returning drivers;
• Checking route documentation and administrative details;
• Registering and processing returns and discrepancies;
• Identifying operational issues and helping to solve them;
• Communicating with drivers, colleagues and customers;
• Supporting the Team Leader in daily operations;
• Ensuring accurate administrative processing;
• Contributing to improvements in logistics processes.

This is a role for someone who can stay calm when things get busy. You know how to prioritize, communicate clearly and maintain an overview when several things happen at the same time. • You have experience in logistics, transport or a similar position;
• An MBO level 4 diploma, for example in logistics, is preferred;
• You have a good command of Dutch and English, both spoken and written;
• You are confident when communicating with drivers and colleagues;
• You remain calm and maintain an overview during busy situations;
• You work accurately and quickly identify discrepancies;
• You are communicative and solution-oriented;
• You can work independently and as part of a team.

At GLS Netherlands in Enschede, you will join a dynamic logistics environment where you have frequent contact with drivers and colleagues. You work closely with the Team Leader and logistics team and have real responsibility within the daily operation.

The location is easily accessible from Enschede and surrounding areas, including Hengelo, Oldenzaal, Haaksbergen, Borne, Losser and Almelo.
