Warehouse employee Oosterhout

Are you looking for a warehouse job in Oosterhout with more variety than just picking orders or driving a forklift? In this position, you work between the warehouse and production area and help make sure customer orders are processed correctly from start to finish. You move materials, prepare products, check order information and occasionally assist with equipment used during the packing process. You earn between €3.000,- and €3.300,- gross per month and work in a 2-shift schedule. Functieomschrijving:
Your working day consists of several different logistics activities. Depending on the planning, you may spend part of your shift preparing products, moving stock or checking whether an order has been completed correctly. You also support colleagues around the packing process when necessary. In general, your tasks include:

• Collecting products and materials for customer orders.
• Repacking goods according to specific order instructions.
• Preparing finished orders for storage or transport.
• Moving pallets and materials throughout the warehouse.
• Using an EPT and forklift for internal transport.
• Operating a reach truck when required and when you have the necessary experience.
• Loading and unloading incoming and outgoing goods.
• Checking quantities, labels, packaging and product information.
• Processing stock movements and order information in the computer system.
• Supporting basic equipment settings during packing activities.
• Handling products manually, including lifting items of approximately 15 kilograms.
• Working partly in a temperature-controlled environment.
• Keeping the work area organised and following hygiene and safety procedures.

Functievereisten:
You do not need to have performed exactly the same job before. Experience in a warehouse, production environment or internal logistics gives you a good foundation for this position.

• Previous experience in logistics, warehousing or production.
• Comfortable working with an EPT and forklift.
• Reach truck experience is an advantage.
• Some understanding of machines or production equipment is useful.
• Physically able to perform active warehouse work.
• Comfortable using a computer or scanner to process orders and stock.
• Good English communication skills.
• Available for a 2-shift schedule.
• Able to work carefully while maintaining a good working pace.
• Reliable and aware of quality, hygiene and safety.

Arbeidsvoorwaarden:
