Wat je gaat doen As a Logistics Returns Employee at GLS, you make sure returning drivers are received properly and that their deliveries and documentation are handled correctly.

You check route documents, process returns and discrepancies and keep an eye on the daily operation. If something does not go according to plan, you identify the issue, communicate with the right people and help find a solution.

Your responsibilities include:

• Receiving and assisting drivers when they return;
• Checking route documents and administrative information;
• Processing and registering returns and discrepancies;
• Identifying and solving operational issues;
• Communicating with drivers, colleagues and customers;
• Supporting the Team Leader with daily activities;
• Ensuring accurate and efficient administrative processing;
• Contributing ideas to improve logistics processes.

• A salary between €2,700 and €3,300 gross per 4 weeks;
• 32 to 40 working hours per week;
• Working hours from Monday to Friday, 14:00 to 22:00;

• You have experience in logistics, transport or a similar position;
• Preferably, you have an MBO level 4 diploma, for example in logistics;

• You are confident and comfortable addressing drivers and colleagues;
• You remain calm and maintain an overview during busy moments;
• You work accurately and quickly notice when something is not right;
• You have strong communication skills and think in solutions;
• You can work independently as well as together with colleagues.

Over het bedrijf

At GLS Netherlands in Enschede, you will work in a dynamic logistics environment with frequent contact with drivers and colleagues. You will have responsibility in your role and work closely with the Team Leader and the logistics team.

The location is easily accessible from Enschede and surrounding areas such as Hengelo, Oldenzaal, Haaksbergen, Borne, Losser and Almelo.
