Orbital Welding Operator

As an Orbital Welding Operator, you will contribute to the production of high-quality metal and plastic hose and piping systems in our modern facility in Tilburg. With your technical skills and attention to detail, you will ensure precision and efficiency in every task. You’ll play a key role in maintaining quality standards while supporting process improvements and collaborating with your team. This position requires a hands-on approach, the ability to interpret technical drawings, and a commitment to continuous learning.

What You Will Do:

• Reading and interpreting: technical drawings and work orders to execute production tasks accurately.
• Welding: various components, such as fittings, bends, and stainless steel hoses, using orbital welding techniques.
• Performing: helium leak tests and final inspections to ensure the highest product quality.
• Setting up and maintaining: machinery to optimize production performance and minimize downtime.
• Collaborating: with colleagues to identify and implement process improvements for increased efficiency.

• Monthly salary between €2,809.65 and €3,478.57, plus 13.3% shift allowance.
• Temporary contract with the prospect of a permanent position.
• Full-time role of 38 hours per week for stability.

• Travel reimbursement of €0.25 per kilometer and free parking or secured bike stall.
