As a production worker at Uniekaas, you will play an important role in ensuring our high-quality cheese products are packaged with care and precision. Working in a dynamic and multicultural team, you’ll contribute to maintaining our commitment to quality and safety. This is a hands-on role that requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and a willingness to work in shifts. What You Will Do:

• Work on the production line: cutting, lifting, packing, and packaging cheese products.
• Maintain cleanliness: follow hygiene and safety regulations to ensure a safe workspace.
• Collaborate effectively: communicate and work closely with colleagues in a diverse team.
• Adapt to shift work: be available for at least 24 hours per week, including evening and night shifts.
• Develop your skills: take advantage of internal training and growth opportunities, such as advancing to a bandlaider role or exploring other departments.

• An hourly salary of €16.31, plus evening/night bonuses.
• A temporary contract with the prospect of a permanent position.
• Flexible shifts between 24 and 36 hours per week.
• 8% holiday allowance and 24 days off annually (including flex days).
• Travel allowance up to €8.32 per day from 10 km.
