What You Will Do:
- Plan: transport schedules in coordination with carriers and book shipments efficiently;
- Process: customer orders and follow up on them in the system to ensure accuracy;
- Communicate: with the warehouse about inventory management and external parties like suppliers and carriers;
- Track: transport costs and prepare weekly and monthly reports to maintain transparency;
- Resolve: ad-hoc issues and contribute to optimizing logistics operations for better efficiency.
