As an Operator, you are responsible for the smooth operation of the production process. You operate machinery and ensure that everything runs efficiently and according to plan. At the same time, you carefully monitor the quality of the products.
You regularly check production results, identify deviations, and take action when necessary. You perform minor technical tasks independently, while for more complex issues, you work together with the technical department. You are also responsible for maintaining accurate production records.
Safety and cleanliness are essential aspects of your work. You keep your workstation clean and organized and follow all applicable health and safety regulations. By working closely with the team, you contribute to the continuous improvement of production processes.
You work in a two-shift system:
- 7:00 AM–3:00 PM
- 3:00 PM–11:00 PM
You will work in an environment where teamwork and efficiency are key.

Wat wij vragen
- At least an MBO Level 2 qualification (preferred)
- Experience as an Operator, Production Worker, or in a technical position is an advantage
- Willingness to work shifts
- Accuracy and attention to quality, cleanliness, and safety
- Flexibility and the ability to work well under pressure
- Good command of Dutch and/or English
- Ability to work as part of a team and a strong sense of responsibility
